What happened when we used it

The innovation is real. It has the best automation and CRM of anything in this directory, and the amount packed into one login is genuinely unusual — social poster, emailer, QR codes, storefronts, all of it sitting in the same place.

The cost of that is finding any of it. A lot of the platform is buried, and if you are new to this kind of software you will be lost for a while — there is tech hidden behind tech. Budget for a learning curve, not an afternoon.

Support was the weak point for us. There is no quick answer channel — you end up on a Zoom call to resolve things that should take a message. And the plan price is not the whole price: email sending and automation runs bill as usage on top of it.

In our experience, no. The platform rewards people who already know what a pipeline, a trigger and a sub-account are. If this is your first marketing tool, expect to spend your first weeks learning the interface rather than building.

Does $97 a month cover everything?

No. The plan fee is the floor. Email sending and automation runs are billed as usage on top, so your real monthly cost depends on volume. Model that before you commit.

What is support like?

This was the weakest part for us. There is no fast channel for a quick answer — problems tend to escalate into scheduled Zoom calls, which is a poor fit when something is broken and you need it fixed now.

Do you need the agency tiers as a solo affiliate?
